A field representative logs visit-related expenses and attaches receipts in the Life Science Cloud mobile app. The integration transmits these records to SAP Concur for processing. If a representative modifies or deletes an entry in SAP Concur, the integration updates the corresponding Salesforce records to maintain data accuracy and compliance.

The MuleSoft integration syncs data bidirectionally between Life Science Cloud and SAP Concur.
